1. About us

This website (holopack.com.au) is operated by HoloPack, based in Roselands NSW, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean HoloPack, and "you" means anyone who uses this website or buys from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products and prices

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices shown for stock labels are for the pack size shown. Larger quantities and custom work are priced by quote.
  • We try to describe and show our products accurately, but printed colours and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
  • We may change prices or products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

  • An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
  • Pre-order items are made to order and are dispatched in approximately 4 weeks. Full payment is taken at checkout.
  • Ready-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to availability.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

4. Custom printing and artwork

  • You must own, or have permission to use, any logo, artwork, text or trade mark you send us. You are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.
  • We may refuse any job that we believe is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others, including attempts to copy another brand's labels or security features.
  • Security documents, stamps and revenue labels are supplied only to authorised organisations, and we may ask for proof of authorisation.
  • Production starts only after you approve the digital proof. You are responsible for checking the proof before you approve it.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout, or as stated on your invoice for quoted orders. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, but we will help you follow up any delayed parcel. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from goods we supply is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

9. Using this website

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or try to interfere with its operation. Content on this website, including text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and must not be copied without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
