Shipping policy

Processing times

  • Ready stock (for example stretch film): dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days.
  • Pre-order labels (stock security labels shown with a price): made to order and dispatched in approximately 4 weeks from order confirmation. Full payment is taken at checkout.
  • Custom and quoted orders: the lead time is stated in your quote and starts once you approve the digital proof and pay.

We will email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

  • Free delivery in metro Sydney for orders of $220 or more (shown at checkout for eligible addresses).
  • Small parcels (up to 3kg) can be sent Australia-wide with Standard or Express shipping.
  • Heavier parcels such as cartons of stretch film are sent by courier. If no courier option appears for your address, or your order weighs more than 32kg, please contact us at info@holopack.com.au for a freight quote.

Free pickup in Roselands

You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect from 98 Payten Avenue, Roselands NSW 2196. Ready-stock orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please SMS 0430 075 435 before you come so we can have your order ready.

Delivery within Indonesia

Orders to Indonesia are dispatched from our partner in Jakarta. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Orders to Jakarta of A$158 (about Rp 2,000,000) or more qualify for free delivery.

Delivery problems

  • Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we may charge the cost of re-sending it.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and the items, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
